Hypnosis: What if you had much more choice about how your life unfolds? This is what we offer you. Through the language of sensations and imagination, we will work together to generate more power over the different aspects of your life. Therapeutic hypnosis, the way we use it, integrates all parts of your being without judgment of what seems to be good or bad. We like to play with the idea that sensations are the basis of everything that creates our life. It is therefore with great enthusiasm that we invite you to regain the full capacity of your reality by playing like children with your imagination. Whether it is to treat pain in the body, end an addiction that no longer serves you, go through a bereavement or simply to experience more joy in everyday life, as a companion of passage we will help you develop more autonomy in order to be able to navigate through the different challenges that life will put in your path. With great listening to what is present inside, we accompany you in this obligatory passage towards a life with more possibility and openness. And this, from birth to death and everything in between. Cancellation Policy
Scope of Services This Agreement is agreed to for the period of pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum, from the date of signing. Clients may request to amend their contract prior to the 35th week of pregnancy by paying any relevant fees related to the change, subject to confirmation by DoulasLove. After 35 weeks of pregnancy, no changes to the contract can be made and the financial agreement must be respected. By signing this Agreement, Clients make a firm commitment to pay for the Services in accordance with the Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the fees are non-refundable, and the Client's commitments under the Agreement are non-cancellable (except in accordance with the law). The Doula has no authority to offer discounts or any other pricing. Only DoulasLove (Kimberley Lavoie) can agree to this in writing. Postpartum services are valid up to six weeks after the due date. If the doula is not accepted at the birthing location (hospital/birthing center), $250 can be credited in postnatal services. Fees are calculated based on the total services accumulated on the fee schedule in Appendix “A” in accordance with the services selected by the client(s). Any additional services required or requested by the client(s) must be billed by DoulasLove. All amounts are in CAD currency and do not include sales taxes (GST/QST), which will be charged extra. Payments must be made by bank transfer to info@doulaslove.ca After the service agreement is signed, and the 1st payment is made, the client(s) have 48 hours to cancel. After 48 hours, a refund will be possible with the exception of $100 for work started and any amount required to compensate for the space reserved for the client(s) in the doula's schedule and her relief. Clients agree to respect the schedule of all payments due to DoulasLove. If the deadline is exceeded, DoulasLove reserves the right to charge an interest fee of 1.5% per month (18% per year) which will be payable for any amount in arrears.
